  DO NOT use this appraisal company. We just used them for our refinance and the appraiser came to my house for at most 20 minutes and she spent most of her time chatting with me and trying to find out how much money we make. I didn't see her do anything besides taking pictures, not even measuring the outside. Then the report came back and it was the lowest value I have ever seen. None of the houses, even smaller and older ones, in my neighborhood had ever sold for nearly that low price. And in the report she said we have a concrete patio which we DO NOT have and we have 2 fireplaces, but report shows only one. The comparable houses are nowhere near my house and apparently are not nearly close to our house's quality. As far as I know there are several houses sold in our development for very good prices last year, but this appraiser failed to find out. If you want your house to be appraised for a fair value, don't use this one!!
