The best part, Nancy not only listens (and really hears what I am saying) but understands where I am coming from and where I am trying to go in life. She tailors policies and gives great recommendations to help protect me in the future, and let's me take the time to fully understand my options and come to the decision on my own. She is very knowledgeable of all of State Farm's products and definitely makes sure that the customer has the right policy for his or her situation. She does not try to push unnecessary products on you either. I live in Poulsbo, WA and she drove the two hours from Maple Valley just to talk about the different retirement options that State Farm offers.
